Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

- Account means the personal profile you create on the Website, or the player account you hold with any third-party gambling operator that you access via the Website, as the context requires.
- Bet means any stake, wager or similar risk of value placed on the outcome of a game, event or other activity offered through the Website or a linked gambling operator, whether in real money, digital currency or bonus funds.

- Third-Party Operator means any separate gambling operator that holds its own UK Gambling Commission remote operating licence and with whom you place Bets or play Games that may be referenced, embedded or linked via the Website.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Legal age: You may only register an Account and use any part of the Website that relates to gambling if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble under the laws of your place of residence. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
- Identity checks: To comply with UK anti-money laundering and responsible gambling requirements, we and/or any relevant Third-Party Operator may carry out age and identity verification checks. This may include requesting documents such as a passport, national ID card, driving licence and/or proof of address.
- Affordability and source-of-funds checks: Where required by Applicable Law or internal policies, additional information may be requested (for example, payslips or bank statements) to assess affordability and the source of funds before you can deposit, wager or withdraw.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To register, you must provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where requested, a valid mobile number. You must confirm that all details are true and complete.
- Email and device verification: You may be asked to verify your email address and/or mobile number by entering a code sent to you, and we may use device or geolocation checks to confirm that you are accessing the Website from a permitted jurisdiction.
- Single account rule: Unless expressly permitted, you may hold only one Account per person on the Website. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be closed or merged, and any associated Bonuses may be cancelled.
User Obligations and Security
- Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration details up to date and inform us promptly of any changes. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or closure of your Account and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Password and access security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your Account. You must choose a strong password, keep it secret and change it if you suspect that any third party has gained access.
- Prohibited access: You must not permit any other person to use your Account, and you must not use another person's Account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or pledged to any other person.
- Verification failure: If you do not provide requested KYC documents or other verification information by the stated deadlines, your Account may be restricted or closed, and deposits or winnings may be withheld until verification is completed in accordance with Applicable Law.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules of Play
- Game rules: Each Game available through Evo at https://evos-uk.com, or via any linked Third-Party Operator, is governed by its own specific rules and payout tables. Where Games are supplied by Evolution AB and its group brands, the applicable rules are displayed within the Game client; in the event of any conflict, the Game-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms.
- Fairness and integrity: Games provided under Evolution's UKGC Remote Gambling Software licence (Account 41655) are designed to be fair and are subject to technical and regulatory oversight. However, your primary contractual and regulatory protection as a UK Player will arise under the remote operating licence of the Third-Party Operator with which you place Bets.
- Permitted use: You agree to use the Website and Games solely for personal entertainment, not for commercial, professional, automated or collusive purposes. Any use of bots, scripts or similar tools is strictly prohibited.
Placing Bets and Limits
- Stake limits: Minimum and maximum stakes for each Bet are displayed in the Game interface or on the relevant information page. Limits may vary between Games, tables, currencies and Third-Party Operators and may change from time to time.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it has been processed and confirmed by the relevant Game server or Third-Party Operator, as shown in your betting or game history. It is your responsibility to check that your Bet details are correct before confirming.
- Currency and denominations: Bets may be placed in the currency supported by the relevant Third-Party Operator. Any conversion from other currencies or digital assets is performed according to the operator's rules and rates, which you should review before placing Bets.
Cancellation, Errors and Disconnections
- Bet cancellation: After a Bet has been accepted and the game round has started, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. Requests for cancellation will only be considered where clearly permitted under the Game rules or the Third-Party Operator's terms.
- Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious error (for example, an incorrect odds display, a manifestly incorrect payout or a clearly misconfigured game), we and/or the relevant Third-Party Operator reserve the right to void affected Bets, correct account balances and, where appropriate, re-settle on the correct terms.
- Technical issues and disconnections: If your connection is interrupted during a Game, the outcome will be determined by the Game server, and your Account with the Third-Party Operator will be credited or debited accordingly once the round is completed. You should consult the operator's terms for specific disconnection rules.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: Where live chat, dealer interaction or community features are available, you must behave respectfully and must not use offensive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or harassing language or imagery.
- No cheating or collusion: You must not collude with other Players, engage in card counting in prohibited contexts, exploit technical vulnerabilities or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage. Suspected cheating may lead to Account suspension, voiding of Bets and notification to the UKGC or other authorities.
- No promotion of illegal sites: You may not use live chat or any other communication channel to promote unlicensed or offshore gambling sites. Any site claiming to be "Evo United Kingdom" but lacking a valid UKGC licence for UK Players is likely offshore and should be avoided; you must ensure that you play only with properly licensed Third-Party Operators.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Offer-specific rules: Any Bonus, including welcome offers, free spins, cashback or loyalty rewards, is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion. Where Bonuses are offered through a Third-Party Operator, that operator's bonus terms apply and prevail in case of conflict.
- Activation conditions: Activation may require a minimum qualifying deposit, entry of a bonus code, opting in through the promotions page or completion of a specified task. Failure to meet the activation conditions within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the Bonus.
- Account verification: We and/or the Third-Party Operator may require you to complete KYC checks before granting, continuing or releasing any Bonus or related winnings, in line with UK regulatory standards.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering obligations: Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager a specified multiple of the Bonus amount, and in some cases the deposit plus Bonus amount, before any Bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
- Contribution and restricted games: Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. For example, low-risk bets, certain table games, jackpot titles or specific live casino tables may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The applicable contribution table will be stated in the promotion terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses and related wagering requirements must usually be completed within a defined timeframe (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days) from the date of grant. Any unused Bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements after the stated period may be cancelled, with remaining Bonus balances forfeited.
Prohibited Actions and Abuse
- Irregular play: The following may be treated as bonus abuse or irregular play: placing single large Bets followed by a series of minimal risk bets to clear wagering; using two or more Accounts in coordination; or betting patterns that artificially transfer value between Accounts.
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or bet types may be excluded from Bonus play (for example, some jackpot games or games with high return or low volatility). You are responsible for checking the applicable list before wagering Bonus funds.
- Consequences of abuse: In cases of suspected or confirmed abuse, we and/or the Third-Party Operator may cancel Bonuses, remove winnings derived from Bonuses, restrict future promotional eligibility and close Accounts in serious cases, subject to Applicable Law and regulatory guidance.
Combining Promotions
- One offer at a time: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Where multiple promotions are available, you may need to choose one, and your choice will be irrevocable once wagering has commenced.
- Priority of terms: If promotional terms conflict with these general Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific terms will ordinarily prevail for that offer. However, no promotion may override mandatory legal or regulatory requirements.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Payment methods: Deposits may be made using methods supported by the relevant Third-Party Operator, which can include debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets and, where permitted by Applicable Law, certain digital or "crypto" assets. Availability for UK Players may vary and is subject to the operator's and regulator's requirements.
- Ownership of payment instruments: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Use of third-party cards, wallets or accounts is prohibited and may lead to refunds, Account restrictions and regulatory reporting.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified by the Third-Party Operator. You may also set your own responsible gambling limits (such as daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps) where offered, in line with UKGC guidance.
Withdrawals and Processing Times
- Withdrawal rules: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used to deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints. Before a withdrawal is processed, the operator may require completion of KYC, AML and affordability checks.
- Processing times: Indicative processing times are published by the relevant Third-Party Operator and may vary depending on the method chosen and any additional checks required. External factors, such as banks and payment providers, can also affect timing.
- Fees: Evo does not seek to charge additional fees on top of those applied by Third-Party Operators or payment providers, but any applicable fees (including currency conversion charges) will be as set out in the operator's terms or by your payment institution.
Crypto and Digital Assets
- Regulatory considerations: Where crypto or digital assets are supported by a Third-Party Operator, their use is subject to strict AML, CTF and KYC obligations. Such methods may not be available to all UK Players and may be restricted or withdrawn at any time to comply with UKGC or other regulatory guidance.
- Volatility and conversions: The value of digital assets is highly volatile. Any conversion between digital assets and fiat currency for betting purposes is performed according to the operator's stated rules and rates. You bear the risk of any fluctuations in value.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus-Related Funds
- Refunds of Bets: As a general rule, once a Bet has been accepted and the relevant event or game has started, deposits and stakes are non-refundable, except where an error or technical fault results in voiding or re-settlement under the game or operator rules.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without valid reason may result in suspension or closure of your Account, recovery of any winnings paid out from disputed funds and reporting to relevant authorities and credit agencies, as permitted by law.
- Bonus funds: Funds derived from Bonuses remain subject to the associated wagering requirements and restrictions. If a Bonus is cancelled or forfeited, related winnings may be removed, subject always to Applicable Law and consumer protection requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Our Responsibilities
- Service provision: Evo aims to provide access to the Website and, where applicable, to Games and services supplied under Evolution's Remote Gambling Software licence (UKGC Account 41655) with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with Applicable Law and industry standards.
- Accuracy of information: We strive to ensure that information on the Website, including game descriptions, rules and promotional details, is accurate and up to date. However, minor inaccuracies or typographical errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without liability, provided no material consumer detriment arises.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: We are not responsible for losses arising from failures or interruptions of telecommunications, computer systems, servers, software or internet connectivity that are outside our reasonable control, including those affecting your own devices or network.
- Third-party services: Your contractual relationship for Bets and real-money gambling is primarily with the relevant Third-Party Operator. We are not liable for acts, omissions, errors or breaches by such operators or other third parties, including payment providers and external websites linked from Evo.
- Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or otherwise.
Limitation of Amount and Mandatory Rights
- Cap on liability: Subject to non-excludable rights under Applicable Law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Website, these Terms or any Bet shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you have paid to the relevant Third-Party Operator in relation to the Bet giving rise to the claim, or (ii) the balance of your relevant Account at the time of the event.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK consumer protection law.
- Your legal rights: These limitations apply in addition to, and do not affect, any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including its design, text, graphics, user interface, underlying code and any content (other than user-generated content), are owned by or licensed to the Operator and/or members of the Evolution group of companies, including Evolution AB (a Swedish public company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm: EVO) and its subsidiaries such as NetEnt, Red Tiger and Big Time Gaming.
- Game content: The Games, their names, logos, artwork, audio-visual presentations and associated technology are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. They may only be used as expressly permitted by these Terms and the relevant Game or Third-Party Operator rules.
Permitted and Prohibited Uses
- Limited licence: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Website and, where applicable, to play Games for legitimate entertainment purposes only and strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited activities: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Website or the Games, except to the limited extent permitted by Applicable Law and only after giving prior written notice to us where required.
- Trademarks: The names "Evo", "Evolution", "NetEnt", "Red Tiger", "Big Time Gaming" and related logos and design elements are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use any trademark, logo or trade name displayed on the Website without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder.

- Third-party operators: Where you register or play with a Third-Party Operator through the Website, that operator will act as a separate data controller for the personal data it collects and processes. You should carefully review its privacy policy and data protection notices before registering or placing Bets.
Changes to Terms

- Updates and revisions: We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Applicable Law, regulatory guidance, industry practice, technological developments or the services offered on the Website. The version posted on https://evos-uk.com will indicate the date of last update, which will not be earlier than 6 November 2025 for these Terms.
- Scope of changes: Changes may include modifications to game rules references, payment options, Bonus Terms, dispute resolution mechanisms or other aspects necessary to ensure that the Terms remain clear, fair and consistent with UK regulatory expectations.
Notification and Acceptance
- Notice methods: Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance or as soon as practicably possible, which may include on-site banners, pop-up notices, updates within your Account area or, where appropriate, email notifications to the address associated with your Account.
- Continued use: By continuing to use the Website after changes have taken effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Website and, where applicable, close your Account in accordance with the "Termination & Suspension" section.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by You
- Account closure: You may close your Account with Evo at any time by following the instructions in your Account settings or by contacting us via the contact details published on https://evos-uk.com. Closure with Third-Party Operators must be requested directly from those operators.
- Self-exclusion and limits: If you wish to restrict your access to gambling, you should consider using the self-exclusion or time-out tools provided by the relevant Third-Party Operator and, for UK Players, the national self-exclusion scheme at https://gamstop.co.uk.
Suspension and Closure by Us
- Grounds for action: We may suspend or close your Account, restrict access to the Website or block the use of certain services where we reasonably suspect that:
- you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible;
- you have provided false or misleading information;
- you are engaged in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, bonus abuse or other criminal or improper activity;

- we are required to do so by law, a court order or a competent authority (including the UKGC).
- Investigation: During any investigation into suspected breach or unlawful behaviour, we may temporarily freeze access to your Account or certain functions. Where your Account is with a Third-Party Operator, that operator may take equivalent or additional actions under its own terms.
Consequences and Funds
- Balances on closure: On closure of your Account (other than for prohibited or unlawful conduct), any remaining real-money balance with a Third-Party Operator will be paid out to you, subject to completion of any required verification checks and to the operator's terms. Bonus funds may be cancelled in accordance with the relevant Bonus Terms.
- Retention of records: We may retain information relating to your Account and use of the Website after closure to comply with legal, regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations, including those requiring retention of certain records for a minimum number of years.
